Russian Ka-52K Alligator Co-axial Attack Helicopter Crash Lands in Moscow

Russian Ka-52 Alligator co-axial attack helicopter crashed in the South East of Moscow. while it was approaching to land.
The Russian Defense Ministry has confirmed that it was Ka-52K being developed for the Russian Naval Aviation.  Russia navy plans to purchase order 32 Ka-52K Alligator attack helicopters to operate from the Russian Mistral-class carriers after testing phase in completed in 2014.
The Ka-52K Alligator attack helicopter will be equipped with folding rotor blades and anti-corrosion treatment  to fuselage, modified avionics and Zhuk-A phased array radar. It will be capable of launching anti-ship missiles.


The pilot and co-pilot of the Ka-52 Alligator attack helicopter suffered serious injuries in the crash and were transported to a hospital.
